Learn Awareness Insight Meditation (AIM) and develop the tools to support your own daily practice. Awareness Insight Meditation is a style of meditation that is accessible and simple to integrate into daily life, with profound results.
There is nothing more powerful within a meditation practice than learning from an experienced teacher.
This three-part course is the foundation of a transformative meditation practice, after which you will have a deep understanding of the psychology, philosophy and neuroscience of meditation. It's the intention of this course to de-mystify meditation and make the practice as accessible to as many people as possible.
You will also have the opportunity to become part of our AI meditation community.
The course is taught in three parts, each part is approximately one hour and this particular course is taught over three weeks on Thursdays at 6pm online.
On the course you will explore with Emma:
- What meditation is and what it is not
- How to develop a sustainable daily practice
- The "super-powers" meditation cultivates
- An understanding of how to make the practice work for you
- The neuroscience and physiology of meditation
- Unpacking our excuses, self-sabotage and fears
- Understanding the Conscious, Subconscious and Unconscious
You will leave the course armed with all the knowledge and tools you need to start or deepen your own daily practice, and keep it up. You’ll also become part of our meditation community and have a list of reading that will supplement you on this path.
